What is KOCHSTELLE’s return policy?
Your purchase includes a 30-day factory defect satisfaction guarantee, making returns simple.

If you're looking to return or exchange your order for any reason, we're here to help!
We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order.
You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to your original payment method.

EXCEPTIONS
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
A) Returned items must have tags and be returned in their original packaging.
B) Returned items must not show visible signs of wear or use.
C) Items that have been altered or repaired will not be eligible for return.

Steps to start a return or exchange:

  1. Contact us:
  2. Have your order number ready.
  3. Select the items you wish to return or exchange from your order.
  4. Specify the reasons for the return or exchange.
  5. Print your prepaid shipping label, which will be sent via email.
  6. Send all items back using the provided label. Once we receive the return or exchange items at our warehouse, we will evaluate the reasons for the return. If the reasons are accepted, the return or refund will be processed within 2–10 business days.

1-Year Warranty Conditions:
Your purchase is covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty is only valid under the following conditions:

  1. The product must not have been used improperly, misused, or damaged due to negligence.
  2. The product must be returned with its original proof of purchase.
  3. The product must not have been altered or repaired by unauthorized personnel.
  4. Claims must be made within the 1-year period, and the product must have only experienced defects due to manufacturing issues, not from normal wear and tear.
